Artist's Description
This is my original oil painting of the perfect day surfing the fabled North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
This is Sunset Beach and there is a surfer catching the perfect monster wave with dolphins joining in! A young woman and man watch it all from the beach. Will their paths lead together? In addition I have painted surfing and dolphins hidden in the clouds!
The original oil painting is SOLD.This is one of the paintings and prints of my Hawaii series available here at Fine Art America.
This art would fit many home and workplace decors and would make a great gift!
About Jerome Stumphauzer
I am a self-taught artist and have been painting in oils for many years. At the same time my photography has developed following the same principles of composition and color. Much of my work has a "save the environment" theme and my inspiration comes from nature and visions of light and color. My interest in art began in the 5th grade with a remarkable teacher who, along with all the other subjects, made time for art and music every day.
