PHOTO CONTEST WINNER!!: "BOYZ TOYZ." I took this photo on the fabled North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii -- at famous surfing spot Banzai Pipeline. The perfect day; the perfect beach, the perfect wave.
The amazing thing about this photo is that this is a 4 inch toy "Woodie" I bought in Waikiki and placed it on a concrete bench to take this picture!
The Original being offered for sale directly from the Artist is a 16 x 20 x 1.5 inch stretched canvas, Signed ($145.00)
About Jerome Stumphauzer
I am a self-taught artist and have been painting in oils for many years. At the same time my photography has developed following the same principles of composition and color. Much of my work has a "save the environment" theme and my inspiration comes from nature and visions of light and color. My interest in art began in the 5th grade with a remarkable teacher who, along with all the other subjects, made time for art and music every day. I am influenced by a diverse group of artists who have come before me -- from da Vinci and Dali to Monet and Lassen. This website has helped me reach an audience all over the world.
